Real Estate services include pre-purchase testing. Insure the house you are considering is below Health Canada’s guidelines. All real estate transaction testing is done with continuous radon monitors in accordance with EPA and Health Canada standards.
Radon Resistant New Home Construction (RRNC). We install sub-slab radon gas mat and passive radon systems in new house construction. Passive systems can reduce radon levels up to 50% and are easily converted to active systems.
Mitigation. Should your residence or building test above Health Canada’s guidelines, we provide full mitigation services including Active Soil Depressurization (ASD) systems and Heat Recovery Ventilation (HRV) systems. Mitigation staff are NEHA certified to EPA and Health Canada standards.
